On the Road with Brent & Erika

We've been taking a ton of pictures of Harper since her birth, but we didn't have many shots with all 3 of us in it. Therefore, we thought it might be time for our first foray into the world of family photography. Consider us initiated!

In hindsight, I would have preferred to use a photographer based out of a home, which would be more suitable for a newborn's needs. However, the ones we contacted were already booked up, so we went the route of the strip-mall studio session. Kids in soccer uniforms running around, bright lights, teenage-looking photographers hustling us through...not so ideal.

After one nursing session in the women's bathroom and another in the car, I was about ready to throw in the towel. We persevered and somehow got some decent shots out of it. Harper was a trooper throughout, but we felt bad for all that we put her through at 3 weeks old!
