"On the Road" Again!
Yes, folks, we have officially embarked on a fun (or crazy) adventure! Brent, Harper and I are going on an extended road trip through the New England states...roughly five weeks total! If all goes well, we might even venture into Canada and make use of Harper's little passport!
I will admit that I was a little anxious about the two long days of driving to get up there, but we have made it to Brent's sister and family in Tennessee! Harper was a total trooper in the car, and we left at 4:00 a.m. to give her more hours of sleeping. Next we will travel to Matt and Carolyn in the D.C. area for a couple of days. So hopefully the little breaks in between will help make the car trip part more manageable! We will be blogging along the way, so check out our trip as we go!
But before we post any trip pictures thus far, here are some pictures from the last month as well...Harper is ten months old yesterday...crazy! She is truly a joy!

Ryleigh is home at last! There was a much anticipated celebration in honor of this event and here Ryleigh's daddy Rod is saying a few words.

While at the party, Harper took her first dip in the pool with Daddy.
She liked it!
It was also Lydia's first time in the pool. They were glad to share it together!
Don't be scared. This is Harper's awesome new expression, which Brent termed "the Dragon" because she breathes out her nose like she is breathing out fire. She is also wearing an outfit from Korea that her Uncle Ricky gave her!
My mom has this altogether creepy doll from her childhood that was always hanging out in the top of my closet growing up. It is now Harper's turn to play with the doll, and she sure is fascinated!

Well, I had better wrap this up as we are planning to make another 4:00 a.m. exit tomorrow and head to D.C.! Wish us luck!
