Halloween 2011
We had some back-to-back Halloween fun times this year. First a combined small group Trunk R Treat with our church and then some traditional neighborhood trick-or-treating on Halloween night. This was Harper's first year to go trick-or-treating. Last year she was sacked out at Tami and Zack's before the candy-fest even began. But this year, she really got it. We have a bit of work to do on our Halloween etiquette though. Harper wouldn't say trick-or-treat and instead, she walked up to people, hand already reaching into their candy bowl saying, "More." Ummm, we'll work on that.

Harper was drawn mostly to suckers (although she discovered that she likes Whoppers too) and wanted to sit down and get this party started!

We were sad that our standing Halloween tradition was incomplete without the Pruett gang Halloween night. They were a little under the weather. After eating dinner, we headed out for a trick-or-treat adventure.

We came upon this one house with a transformed "spooky" garage. It really seemed quite scary, but Harper wasn't phased and sauntered right in to check out the flying ghost.

Afterwards there was a large grasshopper on the back porch that captivated the little girl audience, with mixed reactions.
