Snow Day
This morning Brent and I woke up to the sounds of excited shouts coming from outside our house. The continuous snowfall from the day before had created the most beautiful scene on our little street, and it seemed the entire neighborhood of kids was already outside enjoying a massive snowball fight. We did not want to venture too far out into the action, but we did capture a few pictures from the safety of our front porch.

We also took Harper outside to the backyard (so she wouldn't be hit by a flying snowball) and explained to her what a big deal this much snow was! I don't know that she got it. Having seen snow three times already in her short life, she must think this is a regular occurrence. We finished off the experience by making snow ice cream. Although Harper didn't partake, Brent and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
