The much anticipated day of my brother saying goodbye to his bachelor days and marrying the gorgeous, witty and talented Kim arrived on July 13th. My brother, who lives in Seoul, had been dating Kim for four years, and we were SO happy to officially welcome Kim into the family. Ricky and Kim wanted a small wedding in Texas so that we could be a part of it, and they will also have a second ceremony in Korea over Christmas. Jarod and Beth were so kind and generous to allow us to have the wedding at their lake house on Possum Kingdom Lake. They did so much to help us prepare (because even a small wedding still takes a lot of work!) and welcomed 16 people (including babies) to sleep multiple nights at the house. It was the perfect weekend and a beautiful wedding! All pictures in this post that look remotely professional were taken by David and Kaylane Crandall -- FABULOUS as always!!!

| Two of Kim's friends that live in New York (Mosey and Michael) drove ALL the way from New York to Texas to be here for the wedding. They were among the crew that spent the weekend at the lake house. Mosey is studying to be a florist so she worked so hard buying flowers and making all the floral arrangements. Amazing! |

| Harper did a GREAT job as flower girl and took her role very seriously. She had to walk down multiple flights of stairs to get to the wedding party, and she did so all by herself...what a big girl! She had a funny way of tossing her flower petals (overhand and with quite a bit of force at times) that made us quietly chuckle. |

It was cute because Kim's dad got really into this part of the ceremony and was throwing the dates by the fistful! |
